Report misconduct - GTHR

GTHR Poland is a place where we care about our employees and external partners. Our values are based on building harmony, caring for well-being and safety, and developing an open work environment. We want every member of our community to be able to actively contribute to the elimination of irregularities in our structures.

This policy is designed to make it easier for employees, co-workers and other interested parties to report any irregularities. This includes violations of laws, regulations, policies or GTHR standards. We operate in the spirit of transparency, and our goal is to respond effectively to reports and maintain the highest ethical standards in our business conduct.


Where and how to report?

– In person: At the Corporate Social Responsibility Team Coordinator on business days between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Procedure for handling requests

We guarantee an effective procedure for handling notifications, including:

– Acknowledging receipt of the report within 14 days of its submission (unless the report was anonymous).

– Conducting an investigation and making a decision within no more than 3 months of the report.

– Feedback to the reporting person (unless the report was anonymous) on the action taken to rectify the irregularity, no later than 3 months from the date of the report.
