Process engineer

Responsibilities:

– supervision of the production process: analysis of current and archived process parameters, optimisation of the production process;

– supervision of process documentation: updating of existing and creation of new process instructions and procedures, supervision of PFD and PFMEA, creation and supervision of process charts, registration of new raw materials and products, supervision of documents in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA and IATF;

– training of employees in technological knowledge of the production process: creation and updating of process database, creation of training materials, training of engineering staff in plant technology;

– participation in the design of the company’s new plants and production processes;

– working closely with Production, Quality Control and Maintenance departments;

– identifying problems and implementing preventive solutions;

– conducting cause-effect analyses of RCA (including use of 5WHY tools, Ishikawa Diagram).

 

Requirements:

– higher technical education (production engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering);

– one year experience in a similar position, preferably in the following industries: chemical, food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics;

– experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage;

– knowledge of English at a level which allows free communication;

– Practical knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level;

– good knowledge of technical drawing (mainly P&ID);

– knowledge of AUTOCAD or other CAD software.
