  • Bezpieczniejsza praca, silniejsze zespoły!

    Safer Work and Stronger Staff!

Caring for our staff and creating a safe and supportive working environment are among the key elements of GTHR’s organisational culture. Aware of the challenges posed by psychosocial risks, such as stress, we consistently take steps to raise awareness and develop the skills of our management team in this area.

As part of a collaboration with the National Labour Inspectorate in Wrocław, a training course entitled ‘Prevention of Psychosocial Risks in the Workplace’ was organised. The aim of the training was to equip management staff with the knowledge and tools to effectively identify psychosocial factors, minimise their negative impact and foster a working environment that promotes employees’ health, engagement and safety.

Work-related stress is a widespread phenomenon and can lead to many negative consequences – for both employees and organisations. In response to the resulting challenges, the National Labour Inspectorate is implementing the programme ‘Prevention of Psychosocial Risks in the Workplace’ to raise awareness and promote good practices aimed at creating a safe and supportive working environment.

This is another step by GTHR towards strengthening an organisational culture based on care for staff wellbeing, prevention and responsible team management.

  • Certyfikacja na zgodność z ISO/IEC 27001 zakończona sukcesem

    ISO/IEC 27001 Certification Successfully Completed

We are pleased to announce that our company has successfully passed the audit for compliance with the international standard ISO 27001:2022, confirming the implementation and maintenance of an effective information security management system.

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard setting out requirements for information security, risk management, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. A successful audit has confirmed that our processes, procedures and organisational and technological solutions meet the highest standards of information security.

The system we have implemented not only enables us to effectively identify and minimise the risks associated with data processing, but also ensures a high level of protection for the information of our customers and business partners. Ensuring the security of the systems used in production processes is also a key element, which contributes to the company’s operational stability and business continuity.

During the audit carried out by BSI between 12 and 18 June 2026, particular emphasis was placed on our strengths, including:

    • advanced risk analysis in the field of information security,
    • effective supplier management.

Achieving ISO 27001 certification is the result of the commitment of many teams and their consistent efforts to foster a culture of security within the organisation. We would like to thank all our staff for their contribution, professionalism and cooperation, which have helped us achieve this important goal.

For us, certification is not only confirmation that we meet international standards, but also a commitment to further improving our management systems and raising the level of information security within our organisation.

  • V edycja Żmigrodove Planet Love już za nami!

The 5th Edition of Żmigrodove Planet Love Was a Success!

World Earth Day (22 April) has always been a call to action for us. Once again, we got together to take care of our local area – and it was brilliant!

For the fourth time, we took part in the “Żmigrodove Planet Love” campaign, organised in collaboration with the Żmigród Area Lovers’ Society. The driving force behind this event was one of our employees – Patryk Andrzejewski. Thanks to his passion and commitment, last Saturday as many as 50 people tidied up the Biodiversity Gardens, cycle paths, the banks of the River Sąsiecznica, and the areas along the railway line in Żmigród. The highlight was the planting of a commemorative oak tree – a symbol of our concern for the future.

    – It’s not just about clearing up rubbish – it’s an important event that builds bridges between our company and the local community. It shows how working together can make a real difference in protecting the environment, inspiring young people and strengthening our sense of responsibility for the planet in our everyday lives – says Patryk Andrzejewski, the organiser of the campaign.

Everyone did a brilliant job, especially the Scouts from the 80th Żmigród Cub Scout Pack Hakuna Matata and the 3rd Multi-level Scout Troop Watra – they cleared up the rubbish with enthusiasm and a smile, sparing no effort.

Joint initiatives like this help to foster environmental awareness from a very young age. We have collected tonnes of rubbish, thereby protecting the soil, water and air – a clean environment means a healthier environment for us all.

We are proud of this collaboration – thank you for your commitment, and see you all next time!

  • Święto Środka Jesieni w GTHR Poland

    Mid-Autumn Festival at GTHR Poland

On 6 October 2025, our company celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival, one of the most beautiful and symbolic Chinese holidays. It is a special time that has brought families and friends together around the table for centuries, in the glow of the full moon, which shines the largest and brightest at that time of year.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for reflection, gratitude, and joy of being together. In China, it is traditional to admire the moon, make offerings of fruit and baked goods, and share moon cakes – a symbol of unity, fulfilment and prosperity.

During our gathering, there was no shortage of these unique sweets, and in the spirit of Polish-Chinese cultural dialogue, there were also doughnuts – round like the moon and just as delicious. We would like to thank everyone who took part in this sweet treat and joint celebration. It is moments like these that show that traditions from different parts of the world can beautifully intertwine and create something new – full of warmth, joy and mutual understanding.

  • Przedłużamy współpracę z Orłem Prusice

We are continuing our cooperation with Orzeł Prusice

At GTHR Poland, we believe that sport is not only about competition, but above all about passion, commitment and teamwork. That is why we are delighted to announce that we have once again extended our sponsorship agreement with the Orzeł Prusice football club – a partner whose development we have been supporting for several years.

Orzeł Prusice is a club that consistently develops its teams and focuses on young talent. Last year, the players successfully participated in league competitions and tournaments, and the Orzeł Prusice academy offered young footballers a range of additional activities, combining sport with education and integration. Sports camps, participation in indoor tournaments, and team trips are just some of the activities that show that the club is committed to the comprehensive development of its players.

“We are proud to continue supporting Orzeł Prusice and participating in their sporting journey. We hope that the coming months will bring even more success to the team and give the region’s residents plenty of excitement and reasons to celebrate,” says Chen Xiaorong, Managing Director of GTHR Poland.

The coming period promises to be intense. The club is planning further initiatives, such as a new edition of tournaments, more training camps and the development of individual training programmes for young players. We are delighted to be part of these activities and to contribute together to building a passion for sport in the local community.

We are keeping our fingers crossed for Orzeł Prusice and wish them many victories in the upcoming season!
