We have successfully passed a management systems surveillance audit, confirming compliance with three key ISO standards: 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018. It was conducted on October 2-4, 2024 by the renowned British Standards Institution certification body.

Since achieving certification in 2022, we have ensured its maintenance by investing time and resources in continuous improvement of internal processes. We not only adhere to the requirements of ISO standards, but also consistently raise the bar, striving for maximum efficiency and operational excellence.

The ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards that we comply with form the foundation of our approach to quality, environmental and occupational safety management. ISO 9001:2015 - is an international quality management standard that helps companies deliver products and services that meet customer expectations. For us, it means constantly monitoring and improving processes to not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

ISO 14001:2015 - is an environmental management standard that aims to minimize the negative impact of operations on the environment. At GTHR Poland, we place great emphasis on sustainability, environmental responsibility and managing natural resources in a manner consistent with best environmental practices.

ISO 45001:2018 - this standard deals with occupational health and safety management systems. We make sure that the workplace is safe and friendly for all employees, eliminating hazards and minimizing occupational risks.

The dynamic development of technology is opening up new opportunities, and one of the most exciting directions is “green transportation.” What does it consist of and what role does our plant play in it? Among other things, we talked about it in the latest episode of the “For the Care of the World” program.

At the end of July, we had the opportunity to host a team from the local Echo24 TV station, which prepared a report on the activities of our plant. It was a chance to introduce viewers to what we do on a daily basis.

At GTHR Poland, we produce electrolyte of the highest standard, which is used in lithium-ion batteries used in electric cars. As Quality Director Agnieszka Ura pointed out during an interview with our guests, the process is relatively simple, but requires precise mixing of the right organic solvents and salts in exact proportions. It is, among other things, thanks to our technologically advanced laboratory and qualified staff that we are able to guarantee the best standards at every stage of production.

In addition to top quality, ecology is of great importance to us. At GTHR Poland, we use only energy from renewable sources, which keeps our environmental impact to a minimum. Attention to sustainability is one of our key differentiators and is an important contribution to the future of green transportation.

Involvement in local projects

The footage produced by Echo24 focused not only on our production processes, but also introduced viewers to our involvement in local projects.

- The support of the local community is very important to us. For several years we have been supporting the Orzeł Prusice Football Academy. This allows young residents of Prusice to actively spend time and develop their passions. Recently, we have also become involved in sponsoring the PWR Racing Team, a student club at the Wroclaw University of Technology that builds and designs racing cars. Their latest achievement is an electric-powered vehicle. GTHR Poland's support allows them to realize their ambitious plans and participate in international competitions,” says Aleksandra Kołaczek of the Polish-Chinese Translation and Relations Department.

In our work, we strive to combine technological innovation with social responsibility. We make every effort to contribute to the development of green transportation while supporting local initiatives.

According to the Polish EV Outlook Index analysis, 66,312 all-electric cars were registered on Polish roads at the end of May this year. This figure represents an increase of as much as 56% compared to the same period last year. Such a significant increase indicates that Poles are increasingly willing to choose electric vehicles as an alternative to traditional combustion cars. The increase in the number of electric cars is a positive signal for the automotive market and proof that Poland is consistently walking the path of sustainable development.

Charging infrastructure

The development of electromobility would be impossible without adequate charging infrastructure, which is a key factor in the popularization of electric vehicles. The aforementioned analysis shows that the number of publicly available charging points in Poland has increased to 6910, up 64% from last year. Nearly ⅓ of these points are DC fast chargers, which charge vehicles much more efficiently compared to standard AC chargers. 

- Investment in the development of charging infrastructure is key to further growth in the number of electric cars on Polish roads. Without a properly developed network, users of these vehicles could face difficulties related to long charging times or lack of access to charging points in some regions of the country. Therefore, progress in this area is a step towards the spread of electromobility to all citizens - a step that will help to ensure that the number of electric cars in the country will continue to grow. Marcin Kupiec, Quality Assurance Manager at GTHR Poland, comments. 

Poland bets on e-mobility

The data confirms that Poland is betting on e-mobility as a key element of its sustainable development strategy. The increase in the number of electric vehicles and the expansion of charging infrastructure are clear evidence that our country is moving toward a green future. Electromobility not only contributes to the reduction of CO2, but also supports the advancement of modern technologies that can become a pillar of the economy of the future.

Our plant (located in Prusice, Lower Silesia) also supports the development of modern technologies. Currently, we are able to supply the electrolyte necessary for the production of half a million batteries for electric cars per year. 

Our operations are based on the highest standards, as evidenced by numerous certifications, such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management). With these, our customers can rest assured that we are delivering the highest quality products, while taking care of sustainability and safety.

The GTHR Poland team participated in this year's edition of The Battery Show in Stuttgart - Europe's largest event dedicated to electric vehicles and batteries. Our company, which is one of the leading suppliers of electrolyte, was pleased to participate in this prestigious meeting of leaders in the electromobility industry. On site, we met excellent engineers and the largest suppliers of modern solutions in the automotive industry.

The Battery Show is one of the most important events in the automotive and electromobility industry calendar. This year it brought together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees from around the world. The show provided an excellent platform to showcase the latest technological developments, innovations and establish valuable business relationships.

Our company was represented at the event by Jian Wang (Managing Director), Agnieszka Ura (Quality Director), Krzysztof Razik (Purchasing Manager). Experts from GTHR Poland shared their knowledge and experience, and participated in numerous workshops and panel discussions, expanding their knowledge of market and technological trends. It was a unique opportunity to exchange experiences with other industry leaders and learn about the latest innovations that are shaping the future of electric vehicles.

Our presence at The Battery Show is proof that GTHR Poland is a future-oriented company ready to meet the challenges of the rapidly growing electromobility industry. We would like to thank everyone with whom we had the opportunity to meet in Stuttgart.

Formula 1, known as the queen of motorsport, has been generating great interest and excitement around the world for years. It is a sport that fascinates millions of fans, and we, as GTHR Poland, are proud to support its development, especially in the context of electromobility, which is particularly close to our hearts.

At the launch, we had the opportunity to see the latest RT14e car, created by the talented PWR Racing Team. The RT14e is a true gem of technology, distinguished not only by its electric drive, but also by its advanced autonomous driving system. This innovative vehicle is proof that the future of motorsport lies in innovation and sustainability. These values unite us with the PWR Racing Team.

By the way, it is impossible not to mention the young talents who created this car. We are full of admiration for their skills and determination. We hope that their efforts will be recognized in the upcoming competitions.

Our employees also attended the launch. Among them were avid automotive enthusiasts who did not hide their enthusiasm.

We are proud to have been able to support the PWR Racing Team with this project. We keep our fingers crossed for them and look forward to their future successes.

We are happy to announce our initiative to support the professional education of young people! As part of the agreement concluded with the Wł. Reymont District School Complex in Oborniki Śląskie, we have pledged to actively support the vocational education of students and strengthen ties between the world of industry and the school.

Our involvement in this project is manifested in several key activities. First, we donated a mobile cart to the school for storing and charging 20 laptops. This is an invaluable tool that will allow students to freely use technology in various locations around the school, while ensuring safe storage of the equipment.

In addition, we donated 10 wireless sets consisting of keyboards and mice. These kits are designed to make working on computers easier, providing greater freedom and comfort. We believe that access to new computer equipment is crucial for developing technical skills, which are extremely valuable in today's job market.

We hope that our support will help students develop not only technical skills, but also prepare for future professional challenges. Access to modern equipment and technology is one of the cornerstones of modern education, which aims to prepare young people for work in a rapidly changing world.

Thanks to our cooperation, students will have the opportunity to learn on equipment that is standard in many workplaces. This will allow them to acquire practical skills that they can use in their future careers. We are convinced that an investment in the education of young people is an investment in the future of us all.

We look forward to the future projects and opportunities that this cooperation will bring! We believe that joint initiatives with the Wł. Reymont District School Complex will result in new and innovative ideas to support education and professional development of young people.

On April 25, 2024, we conducted a mandatory fire drill. This activity was aimed at checking the safety level of the plant and the readiness of the team for any possible situations.

A selected representative emergency event [RZA] was simulated with the participation of Fire Service units. A full range of evacuation and rescue operations was also undertaken, along with elements of securing the further spread of the fire and the possibility of environmental damage.

W ćwiczeniach brało udział około 90 strażaków z jednostek PSP i OSP  – 10 zastępów Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej, 10 zastępów Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, w tym Specjalistyczna Grupa Ratownictwa Chemiczno-Ekologiczna ‘WROCŁAW 3’, przedstawiciele Komendy Wojewódzkiej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej we Wrocławiu oraz rozjemcy z Komendy Powiatowej PSP w Wołowie i Komendy Powiatowej PSP w Miliczu. Na miejscu obecna była również firma Solid, która na co dzień zapewnia  nam profesjonalną ochronę.

Jako zakład dużego ryzyka [ZDR] zgodnie z wymaganiem prawnym jesteśmy zobligowani do praktycznego sprawdzenia założeń Wewnętrznego Planu Operacyjno-Ratowniczego co trzy lata. Natomiast, co warto podkreślić, nasze wewnętrzne ćwiczenia dla wybranych RZA realizujemy raz w miesiącu,  aby zapewnić stałą gotowość personelu na szybkie i profesjonalne reagowanie w przypadku zagrożenia.

We are happy to share with you our experience from the tree planting event we co-organized in Żmigród for Earth Day. This is an event that each year demonstrates our commitment to building a green future and taking care of our local ecosystem.

This year, thanks to cooperation with the Żmigród Forestry Commission and the Society of Lovers of Żmigród Land, we organized a tree planting campaign that brought together our employees and members of the local community. Each of us could personally contribute to the planting of numerous young trees. This was not only an opportunity to take an active part in protecting the environment, but also a moment that enabled us to build ties with local residents and local organizations.

As GTHR Poland, we would like to express our special gratitude to everyone who participated in this edition of “Żmigrodove Planet Love,” especially to our employees. Your support, despite the rainy weather, showed an indomitable spirit and commitment to our common goals. Every tree you planted has a huge impact on our environment and contributes to protecting the planet.

Special thanks also go to the Żmigród Forestry Commission for invaluable knowledge on proper tree planting, as well as to the Żmigród Land Lovers Society for professional preparation of the action.

PWR Racing Team is a team made up of students from the Wroclaw University of Technology. They are a true showcase of Polish talent and determination in the world of motorsports. Their passion for motor racing is unparalleled, and now we have the pleasure of joining them on their extraordinary journey in Formula Student.

Since 2009, PWR Racing Team has consistently designed and built Formula Student class cars, competing on internationally renowned tracks. Their unique approach to engineering has earned them first place in the electric classification, a testament to their extraordinary talent and commitment to the development of electric-powered vehicles.

But this is not the end of the impressive achievements of this team. We are proud to announce that the PWR Racing Team has already constructed as many as 14 cars in its history! This is an absolutely amazing achievement that confirms their constant pursuit of excellence and innovation.

What's more, their commitment to the environment is truly inspiring. In 2021, they began developing electric-powered cars, additionally equipped with autonomous driving systems. This is not only a step forward in technology, but also an expression of their concern for the planet. And it's these shared values that brought us together.

As part of our cooperation, we will provide PWR Racing Team with financial support to help them continue their mission and achieve even greater success. We are extremely honored by the prospect of working with such a talented team, which is not only successful on the tracks, but also educates young engineers and managers, opening the door to a career in the automotive industry.

Chiński Nowy Rok to najważniejsze święto w kalendarzu chińskim, przypadające zmiennie pomiędzy 21 stycznia a 20 lutego. Tym razem wypadło 10 lutego i  rozpoczęło tym samym Rok Drewnianego Smoka. W naszej firmie na co dzień łączymy różnorodność kulturową, przywiązując wagę do świąt zarówno polskich, jak i chińskich. W ubiegłym tygodniu wspólnie z pracownikami postanowiliśmy świętować ten wyjątkowy dzień. 

Podczas wydarzenia pracowników GTHR Poland przywitały dekoracje nawiązujące do chińskiej kultury, tj.czerwone lampiony czy wachlarze. Wśród atrakcji znalazły się m.in. warsztaty z kaligrafii chińskiej, które były nauką dokładności i cierpliwości. Z kolei warsztaty wycinania misternych wzorów z papieru pozwoliły odkryć piękno chińskiej sztuki zdobniczej, pozwalając każdemu z uczestników stworzyć własną, unikatową pamiątkę.

Dla miłośników gier planszowych przygotowaliśmy strefę, gdzie można było poznać tajniki gry weiqi. Dla zainteresowanych, ta gra ma ponad 2500 lat historii. Pojedynek strategii i logicznego myślenia stał się prawdziwym wyzwaniem i dostarczył wielu emocji.

Inną z atrakcji wydarzenia była możliwość przejścia się po Wielkim Murze w wirtualnej rzeczywistości. Technologia pozwoliła pracownikom przenieść się do Chin i doświadczyć majestatu tego historycznego cudu. Podczas wydarzenia nie mogło zabraknąć również quizu wiedzy o Chinach, w którym pracownicy mogli sprawdzić swoją znajomość historii, kultury i tradycji tego fascynującego kraju.

Chiński Nowy Rok w GTHR Poland to nie tylko czas zabawy i poznawania chińskiej kultury, ale także doskonała okazja do budowania relacji i integracji w zespole. Wspólne tworzenie dekoracji, gra w weiqi czy quiz wiedzy o Chinach sprzyjały
zacieśnianiu więzi oraz tworzeniu atmosfery życzliwości i wzajemnego szacunku. Dziękujemy wszystkim pracownikom GTHR Poland za udział w tym wyjątkowym wydarzeniu. Wasza energia, zaangażowanie i radość sprawiły, że tegoroczne obchody Chińskiego Nowego Roku na długo pozostaną w naszej pamięci.
