ich personelem.\n  \n\n  <p>\n    Polityka BI ma zastosowanie do wszelkich informacji, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 przetwarzane,\n    przechowywane lub do kt\u00f3rych dost\u0119p uzyskuj\u0105 dostawcy w trakcie realizacji um\u00f3w,\n    zam\u00f3wie\u0144, zlece\u0144 lub innych form wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy ze Sp\u00f3\u0142k\u0105.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Niniejsza Polityka BI stanowi dokument nadrz\u0119dny w zakresie bezpiecze\u0144stwa informacji\n    w relacjach z dostawcami i obowi\u0105zuje niezale\u017cnie od rodzaju oraz formy zawartej\n    wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    <strong>Postanowienia niniejszej Polityki BI maj\u0105 zastosowanie \u0142\u0105cznie z:<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul style=\"margin-left:20px\">\n    <li>Og\u00f3lnymi Warunkami Zakupu (OWZ),<\/li>\n    <li>umowami zawartymi z dostawcami,<\/li>\n    <li>umowami o zachowaniu poufno\u015bci (NDA),<\/li>\n    <li>obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami prawa, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci RODO.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    <strong>Akceptacja i zobowi\u0105zanie:<\/strong><br>\n    Akceptacja Og\u00f3lnych Warunk\u00f3w Zakupu, zawarcie umowy ze Sp\u00f3\u0142k\u0105 lub rozpocz\u0119cie realizacji\n    zam\u00f3wienia oznacza jednocze\u015bnie akceptacj\u0119 niniejszej Polityki BI oraz zobowi\u0105zanie\n    do jej przestrzegania przez dostawc\u0119, jego 27001<\/strong>, standardu <strong>VDA ISA (TISAX)<\/strong>\n    oraz najlepsze praktyki bran\u017cowe, d\u0105\u017c\u0105c do budowania przejrzystych i d\u0142ugoterminowych\n    relacji z
