In 2023\/2024, we have accepted students for internships in three departments: quality control - laboratory, translation and Polish-Chinese relations, and HR and administration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In our quality control department, students receive not only theoretical training, but also practical classes that allow them to learn the latest analytical methods. Using, among other things, advanced gas chromatographs, our trainees gain the skills necessary for precise testing, which is invaluable experience in the chemical world of the automotive industry. There are few such companies in Poland, which gives students a unique opportunity to learn about this type of work from the inside.<\/p>\n<p>In the area of translation and Polish-Chinese relations, our practices are equally fascinating. As of April 2023, we have already worked with eight students from the University of Wroclaw. Our team has a wealth of experience and is happy to share their knowledge, enabling students to expand their skills in the area of translation in a friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>During the internship, students work with Trados professional translation software, gaining practical skills that are not only valuable in the job market, but also allow them to excel in the field of specialized translation. Daily contact with the Chinese language, as well as translation and interpretation in various fields such as chemistry, technology, accounting and quality, make the internship extremely versatile.<\/p>\n<p>In the HR and administration department, students had the opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of records management in a multinational company. Their tasks included organizing files, creating lists of contracts, preparing statements and taking care of foreigners' documents. This not only developed their organizational skills, but also introduced them to areas crucial to effective human resources and administrative management. The internship provided a unique opportunity to learn and grow in an inspiring international business environment.<\/p>\n<p>Our company, which is a bridge between the Polish and Chinese business markets, offers students not only practical experience, but also a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of cross-cultural cooperation. Takich firm jest w Polsce ma\u0142o, co sprawia, i\u017c studenci maj\u0105 niepowtarzaln\u0105 okazj\u0119 poznania od \u015brodka tego typu pracy. W obszarze t\u0142umacze\u0144 i relacji polsko-chi\u0144skich nasze praktyki s\u0105 r\u00f3wnie fascynuj\u0105ce. Od kwietnia 2023 r. wsp\u00f3\u0142pracowali\u015bmy ju\u017c z o\u015bmioma studentami z Uniwersytetu Wroc\u0142awskiego. Nasz zesp\u00f3\u0142 posiada bogate do\u015bwiadczenie i z przyjemno\u015bci\u0105 dzieli si\u0119 swoj\u0105 wiedz\u0105, co umo\u017cliwia studentom poszerzanie swoich umiej\u0119tno\u015bci w obszarze t\u0142umacze\u0144 w przyjaznej atmosferze. W trakcie praktyk studenci pracuj\u0105 z profesjonalnym oprogramowaniem do t\u0142umacze\u0144 Trados, zdobywaj\u0105c praktyczne umiej\u0119tno\u015bci, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 nie tylko cenne na rynku pracy, ale r\u00f3wnie\u017c pozwalaj\u0105 im si\u0119 doskonali\u0107 w obszarze t\u0142umacze\u0144 specjalistycznych. Codzienny kontakt z j\u0119zykiem chi\u0144skim oraz t\u0142umaczenia pisemne i ustne z r\u00f3\u017cnych dziedzin takich jak chemia, technologia, ksi\u0119gowo\u015b\u0107 czy jako\u015b\u0107, sprawiaj\u0105, \u017ce praktyki te s\u0105 niezwykle wszechstronne. W dziale HR i administracji studenci mieli okazj\u0119 zdoby\u0107 praktyczne do\u015bwiadczenie w obszarze zarz\u0105dzania dokumentacj\u0105 w mi\u0119dzynarodowej firmie. Ich zadania obejmowa\u0142y porz\u0105dkowanie akt, tworzenie spis\u00f3w um\u00f3w, przygotowywanie zestawie\u0144 oraz dbanie o dokumenty cudzoziemc\u00f3w. To nie tylko rozwija\u0142o ich umiej\u0119tno\u015bci organizacyjne, ale tak\u017ce wprowadza\u0142o w obszary kluczowe dla efektywnego zarz\u0105dzania zasobami ludzkimi i administracj\u0105.
