Technik kontroli jakości

Responsibilities:

  • przeprowadzanie analiz surowców, półproduktów i wyrobu gotowego,
  • zapis wyników analiz w formie papierowej oraz w systemie ERP i MES,
  • raportowanie stwierdzonych nieprawidłowości do przełożonego,
  • przygotowanie i kalibracja aparatury kontrolno-pomiarowej do pracy oraz przygotowanie odczynników do analiz,
  • konserwacja sprzętu kontrolno-pomiarowego,
  • pobieranie próbek, przygotowanie próbek do analizy,
  • przygotowanie wyników analiz do dalszej analizy danych,
  • tworzenie etykiet dla gotowego produktu i próbek.

Requirements:

  • wykształcenie min. średnie (chemiczne lub pokrewne),
  • doświadczenie w pracy w laboratorium chemicznym,
  • znajomość zasad ISO 9001, mile widziana znajomość standardu IATF 16949,
  • otwartość na pracę w grupie,
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją,
  • dyspozycyjność do pracy w systemie 2-zmianowym. (docelowo w systemie 4-brygadowym).
