High risk establishment
In accordance with the criteria set forth in the Decree of the Minister of Development of January 29, 2016 on the types and quantities of hazardous substances present in a plant, determining the classification of the plant as a plant with an increased or high risk of a major industrial accident, GTHR - Guotai-Huarong (Poland) was included in the group of plants with a high risk of a major industrial accident.
According to the provisions of the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law Journal of Laws 2024.54, t.j. Dz.U.2024.54 z poźn. zm. – Zakłady dużego ryzyka są zobowiązane do sporządzenia, przedłożenia stosownym organom państwowym następujących dokumentów:
- Plant notifications
- Accident prevention program
- Security Report
- Internal operational and rescue plan
- Dokumentacji Systemu Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem
The above documents in situations requiring it should be updated on an ongoing basis.
