High Risk Establishment
In accordance with the criteria set forth in the Decree of the Minister of Development of January 29, 2016 on the types and quantities of hazardous substances present in a plant, determining the classification of the plant as a plant with an increased or high risk of a major industrial accident, GTHR - Guotai-Huarong (Poland) was included in the group of plants with a high risk of a major industrial accident.
According to the provisions of the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law Journal of Laws 2024.54 (i.e. Dz.U.2024.54), high-risk establishment are obliged to draw up the following documents and submit them to the relevant state authorities:
- Plant notifications
- Accident prevention program
- Security Report
- Internal operational and rescue plan
- Safety Management System documentation
The above documents in situations requiring it should be updated on an ongoing basis.
As a high-risk establishment, we also publicly disclose the scope of data required by Articles 261 and 261a of the aforementioned law.
