Guotai-Huarong (Poland) sp. z o.o. Integrated Management System Policy.

The strategic goal of Guotai-Huarong sp. z o.o. is to provide services that meet the highest requirements of its customers while respecting the principles of health and safety and environmental protection. In an effort to achieve this goal, the Company is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System. Our policy also includes a commitment to provide the necessary means to develop the competence and raise the awareness of employees regarding their impact on product quality. On behalf of the entire team, we declare our commitment to the implementation of the adopted Integrated Management System Policy. We wish to cooperate with all stakeholders, guided by the principles of openness and trust.

Implementation of the Integrated Management System Policy includes:

  • Implementation, establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of an Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
  • Taking into account specific customer requirements and striving for innovation and continuous improvement of products, technological processes and services.
  • Improving the competence and awareness of employees in terms of their impact on product quality.
  • Determine external and internal aspects relevant to the company's purpose of operation and strategic direction.
  • Meeting all legal and other applicable requirements.
  • Improving occupational health and safety, environmental protection and product safety activities.
  • Ensure the highest level of occupational health and safety with particular attention to the prevention of injuries, accidents, occupational diseases and other potential hazards.
  • Improving work processes to continuously control and reduce risks through conscious safety and environmental management.
  • Involvement of employees and their representatives in their own safety, the safety of co-workers and all stakeholders
