This policy is intended to make it easier for employees, co-workers and other interested parties to report any irregularities. This includes violations of laws, regulations, policies or GTHR standards. We operate in the spirit of transparency, and our goal is to respond effectively to reports and maintain the highest ethical standards in our business conduct.

Procedure for handling requests
We guarantee an efficient procedure for handling requests, including:
Confirmation
Receive the report within 7 days of submission (unless the report was anonymous)
Explanation
Conduct an investigation and make a decision within a period of no more than 3 months from the notification
Response
Feedback to the reporting person (unless the report was anonymous) on the action taken to rectify the irregularity, no later than 3 months from the date of the report.
