Z dumą informujemy, że GTHR Poland została wyróżniona Srebrnym Medalem EcoVadis – jednym z najbardziej uznanych na świecie odznaczeń w zakresie zrównoważonego rozwoju i odpowiedzialnego biznesu.

EcoVadis to międzynarodowa platforma oceniająca firmy pod kątem ich działań w czterech kluczowych obszarach: środowisko, prawa człowieka i pracownicze, etyka oraz zrównoważone zakupy. Uzyskanie Srebrnego Medalu oznacza, że nasza organizacja znalazła się w gronie 15% najlepiej ocenianych firm w branży chemicznej na świecie.

W ostatnim roku konsekwentnie rozwijaliśmy nasze praktyki w zakresie ochrony środowiska, etycznego zarządzania oraz wspierania odpowiedzialnych łańcuchów dostaw. Otrzymane wyróżnienie potwierdza, że nasze wysiłki są widoczne i doceniane na arenie międzynarodowej.

6 października 2025 w naszej firmie wspólnie obchodziliśmy Święto Środka Jesieni – jedno z najpiękniejszych i najbardziej symbolicznych chińskich świąt. To wyjątkowy czas, który od wieków gromadzi rodziny i przyjaciół przy wspólnym stole, w blasku pełni księżyca – największego i najjaśniejszego w całym roku.

Święto Środka Jesieni to moment refleksji, wdzięczności i radości ze wspólnego bycia razem. W Chinach tradycyjnie podziwia się księżyc, składa ofiary z owoców i wypieków oraz dzieli się ciasteczkami księżycowymi – symbolem jedności, pełni i pomyślności.

Podczas naszego spotkania nie zabrakło tych wyjątkowych słodkości, a w duchu polsko-chińskiego dialogu kultur pojawiły się również pączki – okrągłe jak księżyc i równie pyszne. Dziękujemy wszystkim, którzy wzięli udział w tym słodkim poczęstunku i wspólnym świętowaniu. To właśnie takie chwile pokazują, że tradycje z różnych stron świata mogą pięknie się przenikać i tworzyć coś nowego – pełnego ciepła, radości i wzajemnego zrozumienia.

W GTHR Poland wierzymy, że sport to nie tylko rywalizacja, ale przede wszystkim pasja, zaangażowanie i praca zespołowa. Dlatego z radością ogłaszamy, że ponownie przedłużyliśmy naszą umowę sponsoringową z klubem piłkarskim Orzeł Prusice – partnerem, którego rozwój wspieramy już od kilku lat.

Orzeł Prusice to klub, który konsekwentnie rozwija swoje drużyny i stawia na młode talenty. W minionym roku zawodnicy z powodzeniem brali udział w rozgrywkach ligowych i turniejach, a Akademia Orła zaoferowała młodym piłkarzom szereg dodatkowych aktywności, łącząc sport z edukacją i integracją. Obóz sportowy, udział w turniejach halowych czy wyjazdy zespołowe to tylko niektóre z działań, które pokazują, że klub stawia na wszechstronny rozwój zawodników.

Trzymamy kciuki za Orła Prusice i życzymy wielu zwycięstw w nadchodzącym sezonie!

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully passed a management system audit, confirming compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. It is not a mere formality - it serves as proof that we consistently prioritize the highest quality, safety, and continuous development in the automotive industry.

The audit was conducted from June 3-7, 2025 by the renowned certification body British Standards Institution. Since achieving certification in 2022, we have continually invested in improving our processes, ensuring that quality standards are maintained and developed.

This year we passed both a surveillance audit for compliance with the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 standard, and a recertification audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, confirming our commitment to the highest standards of quality management.

Both audits ended with positive results. The Auditor singled out a number of positive aspects, such as in areas related to the management of internal audits and corrective actions, supervision of control and measurement equipment, management commitment, as well as employee competence.

 IATF 16949 is an international quality management standard developed specifically for the automotive industry. The standard combines the requirements of ISO 9001 with additional specific expectations of car manufacturers and their suppliers. This certification confirms that our processes comply with strict quality standards, and guarantees our customers and business partners reliability, safety and continuous improvement at every stage of cooperation.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that in April this year we received the ECO ORIGIN™ certification, thus certifying that the liquid nitrogen supplied to our Company by AirLiquide is produced solely by means of electricity derived from 100% renewable sources, such as wind farms.

Certification by an independent, third-party notified body confirms that the liquid nitrogen we use has a significantly reduced carbon footprint - by as much as 53 tons CO₂e!

Action to reduce the carbon footprint is crucial to protect the climate and achieve the sustainable development goals. By choosing renewable energy solutions, not only do we reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but also support our customers in building responsible supply chains and meeting ESG reporting requirements.

For us at GTHR Poland, April 22nd was not just another usual day, but first and foremost it was an opportunity for us to show our care for the Earth and tighten our bond with the local community. For the third year in a row, we joined forces with the Society of Lovers of Żmigród Land and our employee, Patryk Andrzejewski, as we helped organize the initiative known as “Żmigrodove Planet Love.”

On the last Saturday of April, 60 people gathered to clean up rubbish from the local areas, such as Ogród Bioróżnorodności, Sąsiecznica river banks, as well as areas along the bike path and the train tracks of Żmigród. The youngest participants in particular did a terrific job - the scouts from the 22nd Scout Patrol “Mexyk”, who filled one bag of rubbish after another, time and time again with full commitment.

Acting together, we develop a better understanding of each other's needs and motivate each other to continue engaging in pro-environmental activities, which is why it is so important to build awareness among children from an early age.

Together we collected a huge amount of waste, thus contributing to a cleaner environment and protecting our planet. Removing rubbish from public spaces reduces soil, water, and air pollution, helping maintain a clean environment, that further promotes our health.

Such group initiatives show that each of us has a real impact on the condition of the Earth. We are proud to protect it together - thank you for your commitment and support!

As always, we are committed to the safety and well-being of the Prusice community. Thanks to the support of GTHR Poland and many other donors, the local branch of the Volunteer Fire Brigade has purchased a new fire engine, the Scania GCBA P460 XT.

As a good neighbour, we build relationships with residents and get involved in projects that have a real impact on their lives. That is why we are very happy about the development of the local volunteer fire brigade, to which we would like to extend our best wishes on the occasion of its 80th anniversary and thank it for its service.

We hope that the new truck will serve without any problems and help to effectively bring help to all those in need.

For GTHR Poland, safety and security are a priority, both in our company and in our activities for the local community. Within the company, this is regularly confirmed by fire drills, and now by supporting the purchase of a new fire truck, we help to ensure the safety of the residents of Prusice.

On January 29, we celebrated the Chinese New Year. For us, as a company with its roots in China, this is a unique opportunity to share elements of Chinese culture with our Polish team and celebrate. Together we welcomed the Year of the Wood Snake, which is associated with wisdom, flexibility, and development. 

Traditionally, Chinese New Year celebrations last about 15 days - it is then that people celebrate wealth and rest, as well as take their time to strengthen family ties. For the Chinese, it is a reminder of winter nearing its end, and the spring's coming – the time when life sprouts anew. The wood snake is regarded as a symbol of reflection and 'shedding the skin', therefore marking an opportunity for self-development.

For us, it is also an opportunity to get to know each other better and strengthen ties. Thus, we organized plenty of activities for our employees, who could try their hand at calligraphy and gongbi painting. Indulging in these activities requires precision and focus, which comes in handy not only in art, but also in everyday work tasks. Later, we tried to master the art of paper cutting and played Chinese checkers, as well as handed out prizes for scoring well in a quiz on knowledge of China. We also checked our zodiac sign in the Chinese horoscope to see what the new year will bring. 

The year of the Wood Snake is looking promising! We hope it will bring us all peace and chances to grow and gain wisdom. There are many challenges and new projects ahead of us as we start this year with inspiration and newfound energy. We wish you the same!

Cooperation with the Cluster is an opportunity for development, building relationships and joint efforts to implement innovative environmentally friendly solutions.
