Inspektor kontroli jakości

Responsibilities:

  • przeprowadzanie analizy instrumentalnej oraz chemicznej surowców, półproduktów i wyrobu gotowego,
  • przygotowywanie wyników analiz do dalszej analizy danych,
  • weryfikacja danych, stwierdzanie niepoprawnie wykonanych analiz oraz ustalanie ich źródeł,
  • kalibracja i konserwacja aparatury kontrolno-pomiarowej oraz przygotowanie odczynników do analiz,
  • zgłaszanie materiałów niezgodnych w dedykowanym systemie, analiza niezgodności,
  • tworzenie certyfikatów dla wyrobu gotowego zgodnie z wymaganiami klienta,
  • przygotowywanie próbek do analiz, prób archiwalnych,
  • tworzenie etykiet dla wyrobu gotowego, zapewnienie identyfikowalności materiałów,
  • tworzenie certyfikatów jakości dla klienta,
  • udział w ustalaniu źródła niezgodności (analiza RCA).

Requirements:

  • wykształcenie wyższe chemiczne lub pokrewne,
  • doświadczenie w pracy w laboratorium chemicznym,
  • znajomość obsługi sprzętów laboratoryjnych,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację,
  • mile widziana znajomość systemów ERP i MES,
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w branży automotive,
  • gotowość do zmiany w systemie 2-zmianowym (docelowo w 4-brygadowym).
